Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard U.S. shipping usually takes 3–5 business days after your order has been processed.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, shipping availability may vary. Please review shipping options at checkout or contact us if you have questions before placing your order.

Orders & Tracking

How do I track my order?

You can use our Track Order page anytime after your tracking number is sent by email.

I placed an order but haven’t received tracking yet.

Please allow 1–2 business days for processing. Be sure to also check your spam or junk folder for your shipping confirmation email.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

What if I received the wrong item or a damaged item?

Please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number along with photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue quickly.

How do I start a return or exchange?
